AspireAi assistant

Ask your practice. Get the answer, and the next step.

AspireAi is built into AspireOS. Ask who is overdue, what is on tomorrow or how to do something, and it answers from your own records, then offers the booking, invoice or message as a card you check before anything happens.

Ask it anything

The day, your patients and your money, in one chat.

Each new chat opens with what needs your attention.

How it works

Ask in plain English, typed or spoken. The opening briefing lists what needs attention: overdue invoices, visits to bill, notes in draft and leave to approve.

  • Today's visits and a run sheet, patients and enquiries, and the billing queue and revenue for the people allowed to see money.
  • Step-by-step answers on how to do things in AspireOS, with a button that takes you to the screen.
  • Answers “what do we do when…” from your own written procedures, in your words.
  • Financials stay the owner's: practitioners see their own patients and visits.
AspireAi's opening screen: a greeting and four numbers for the week — revenue, money owed, new patients and appointments today — above the message box.
AspireAi in the chat: asked to book a patient with Sam Patel tomorrow at 10am, it finds the slot and opens the booking form in the chat with the patient filled in.

Cards you confirm

It does the typing. You press the button.

Booking, invoices, messages and notes arrive as cards to check.

How it works

Ask it to book a patient tomorrow at 10am and the booking form opens in the chat with the patient filled in. Nothing is booked, sent, billed or changed until a person presses the button.

  • Booking cards that find the slot and fill in the form from your request.
  • Invoice and payment cards: invoice today's visits, chase all overdue, record a payment.
  • Drafts of texts, emails and letters, shown in full before Send.
  • “Let's do my notes” walks through every unwritten visit and turns a quick description into a draft note.
Booking from the AspireAi chat: a request to book a patient tomorrow at 10am, the booking form in the chat, one press, and the card shows Booked.

Across the product

The same help inside notes, money and move-in.

Notes, bank statements, bills and old-system exports, read for you to check.

How it works

AspireAi also works inside the screens you already use: it sorts a dictated consult under your note headings, reads bank statements and contractor invoices into rows, and reads CSV exports from your old system.

  • AI note: dictate or paste the consult and it is sorted under your headings for review.
  • Drop in a claims report or bank statement to match against invoices.
  • Every action confirmed in chat and every automatic step is written to an activity log.
  • Nothing for a practice to set up: it is built in and managed by OptiTide.

Questions

Questions practices ask

Will AspireAi book or send things without asking me?

No. It prepares a booking, invoice or message as a card and nothing happens until a person presses the button. Acting on its own is coming soon and will run under settings the owner controls.

Can everyone in the practice see the money?

No. The chat follows roles: financials are the owner's, and practitioners see their own patients and visits.

Do I have to set it up?

No. AspireAi is built into AspireOS and managed by OptiTide, with nothing to connect.

Is what it does recorded?

Yes. Every action confirmed in chat and every automatic step is written to the activity log.

Can it diagnose or choose treatment?

No. It helps with the running of the practice and drafts for a clinician to check. It does not diagnose, choose treatments or approve claims.
