Why I built AspireOS
My company had reached the point where it was ready to scale, and I could see our systems were not going to keep up. Before we grew, I had to get the business ready for it.
The problem was that everything lived in a different place. Conversions in one system, ad spend and ad performance in another, how each practitioner was performing somewhere else, and our revenue, company performance and financial health somewhere else again. Keeping track of it all was impossible. Everything was running on overdrive, and our systems weren't catching up fast enough.
So I asked myself a hard question. If twice as many patients came through the door, could we handle them? Were our systems good enough? With double the enquiries, did we have the right system to keep track of every one? AspireOS is built for exactly those questions.
It is designed to be our guiding light through the busiest times, with one goal: a practice that can handle ten times the patients coming through the door.
With today's AI tools, we are finally in a position to optimise for productivity. For any business, the ultimate goal is the most efficient system possible, so everyone gets more done with less time wasted. No software let anyone do that. Now there is.

AspireAi works on a confirm-before-act model: it proposes the exact action, shows you what will change, and waits for your OK. Useful, but never out of your control.
