Waitlist & intake
No enquiry goes cold.
Enquiries from your booking page, website forms and the API land on one board in your own stages. Check the funding, match the clinician, and turn the enquiry into a patient file.
The board
Enquiries as cards, in your own stages.
Days waiting and a going-cold flag on every card.
How it works
See the waitlist as a board, a table or a map. Each card shows suburb, days waiting and funding, with a flag when an enquiry is going cold.
- A funding checklist per enquiry; verified enquiries move to Ready to schedule.
- A contact log and a chase guide through the follow-up rounds.
- A coverage map of each clinician's service area, and the suburbs nobody covers.

Match and book
Who can we book?
Ranked clinician matches, with the reasons.
How it works
Clinicians are ranked by suburb, route, language, availability, funding and gender preference, and the reasons are shown. “Who can we book?” checks the ready enquiries against free capacity and offers up to three clinicians each.
- A cancellation tells admins how many waitlist patients match the freed slot.
- Recalls list patients who still have treatment to book.
Booking page and intake
Your own link, and forms that fill the file.
A booking request page for your website, ads and socials.
How it works
Patients ask for a call back on your booking page and the request lands on the waitlist. Send the intake form, then accept it to create the patient file.
- A form builder with 14 field types including signature and file upload, and questions that appear after certain answers.
- Medicare, NDIS, DVA, GP and emergency-contact answers land in the right fields for you to review and apply.
- A secure address your own website form or chatbot can send enquiries to.
- Your Google tag fires when a booking request succeeds.
