Calendar & home-visit travel

A calendar for the clinic and the road.

Book, reschedule and run the day for every practitioner, in the clinic or on home visits. The drive between visits is worked out from real road times, and free slots are ranked by the extra driving they add.

Book the day

A column for each practitioner, every visit in its funder's colour.

Click a free slot to book; drag a visit to move it.

How it works

Day and week views per practitioner or clinic site, with note and invoice status on every visit, so the diary also shows what is left to do.

  • Click a free slot to book a patient visit, a support activity such as a report or case conference, or busy time.
  • Drag a visit to another time, day or practitioner, with the option to tell the patient.
  • Repeat bookings, joint sessions with several clinicians, and group classes where each attendee is billed under their own funding.
  • Warnings for clashes, the patient's availability and missing insurer approval.
Booking on the calendar: an empty slot is clicked, the patient and a Private 45 min service chosen, and the new visit appears on the week.

Travel

Travel, worked out for you.

Kilometres and minutes come from the day's real route.

How it works

On a home visit the booking fills in the drive from the visit before, using real road times, and the free slots are ranked by how much driving each one adds.

  • Travel time and suburb-based routing built in.
  • Each opening shows what it adds to the practitioner's drive, with the shortest marked.
  • Buffers for setup time either side of a visit.

Find a time

The best opening across the whole team.

Every opening ranked by timing, continuity and driving.

How it works

Find a time ranks every opening across the team by timing, continuity of care, driving and your own scheduling rules, and explains each score.

  • Standing slots keep each patient's regular weekly hour, so a one-off cancellation is not given away.
  • A cancellation raises a task and tells admins how many waitlist patients match the freed slot.
  • Cancel one visit, a weekly run or all upcoming visits, applying your cancellation-fee rules.

On your phone

The same diary in your pocket.

Day view with a column per practitioner, in the phone app.

How it works

The phone app has the calendar in day view, with a column for each practitioner and the day's visits coloured by service. It installs from the browser.

  • Add a booking from the phone.
  • Practitioners see their own day first, with the drive between visits.
