Admin roles (practice manager, administrator, receptionist, bookkeeper) are free; you pay for the people who treat.

Who do I pay for?
You choose how many people you pay for — the people who treat, a number you set, not a count of logins. Admin roles (practice manager, administrator, receptionist, bookkeeper) are free; you pay for the people who treat.
Is there a free trial?
Every practice starts on a 16-day free trial with no card needed, and nothing is charged unless you add payment.
How does SMS work?
Two-way SMS is included (fair use): 500 SMS segments a month for each practice, however many practitioners it has. Once they are used, texts keep sending for 48 hours, then go by email or app notification until the count resets, with nothing extra to pay. (See the SMS terms.)
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime: your subscription stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Change-of-mind refunds aren’t given for the rest of a period, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected. Trial and unpaid accounts with no activity for 60 days may be paused after an email warning; signing in and pressing Reactivate restores them, and nothing is deleted. (See the Terms.)
Are there card fees?
No AspireOS fee on card payments. You only pay your own Stripe fees.
