Clinical notes
Notes that write themselves from your shorthand.
Type the consult the way you think it, and AspireAi sorts it under your note headings for you to check. Use SOAP, DAP or your own templates, with bullets that work the way you expect.
AI note
Shorthand in, a structured note out.
Dictate or paste the consult and review it under your headings.
How it works
The AI note takes what you typed or dictated and sorts it into your note headings. You read it, change it and save it; it is a draft until you do.
- Works on the phone as well as the desk.
- Polish rewrites a note professionally and keeps the original.
- Progress reports are built from completed notes.
- A clinician always checks the note before it is saved.

Templates
SOAP, DAP, initial, review, discharge, or your own.
Built-in templates, and templates you build.
How it works
Each template is a set of blocks. Start from one of the built-in templates or make your own.
- Dot points as you type: a dash and a space at the start of a line becomes a bullet, and Enter carries the list on.
- Sub-items one level in, and the list ends on an empty bullet.
- Works the same on a phone keyboard.

The record
The whole patient on one file, and a note that holds up.
Funding, alerts, visits, invoices and letters, all on the patient's file.
How it works
Notes can't be deleted: an edit adds a new version, so the record always shows what was written and when.
- Version history, lock, PDF and email of a note.
- Funding for every stream you bill, with Medicare (EPC) session tracking that warns before the limit.
- Letters drafted from the record: initial, progress, discharge, Certificate of Capacity or custom.
- Intake forms that fill the file, and referrer letters drafted from the notes.

Questions
Questions practices ask
Does AspireAi write the note for me?
It drafts one from your shorthand or dictation, sorted under your note headings. You review and change it before it is saved.
Can I use my own note templates?
Yes. SOAP, DAP, initial, review and discharge are built in, and you can build your own.
Can a note be deleted?
No. An edit adds a new version and the earlier ones are kept, so the record holds up.
Can I write notes on my phone?
Yes. The AI note and the bullet shortcuts work on the phone app, including from a phone keyboard.
