Exercise Library

Home exercise programs, built in a few clicks.

Search the library, tick the exercises you want and add them to a patient's program with sets, reps and notes. The patient sees them, with the video, in their portal.

The library

A grid of exercises you can search and filter.

Browse by body area, search by name and keep favourites.

How it works

Every exercise is a video card. Filter by where it comes from and by body area, search by name, and star the ones you use most. Your own videos sit beside the AspireOS library.

  • Filter by body area and by source: the AspireOS library or your own videos.
  • Favourites, and a count of how many exercises match.
  • Add your own videos from a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link, and play them on the page.
  • AspireOS library exercises appear to patients only after a clinician at the practice has approved each clip.
The Exercise Library: the add-on panel with the new exercises left this month and credits, above a grid of exercise videos with source and body-area filters.
The Exercise Library filtered by body area: Ankle and Balance & falls ticked, the grid narrowed to the matching exercises, with a Clear filters link.

Programs

Tick, add to a patient, send.

Select exercises and build a program for one patient.

How it works

Tick several exercises and a bar appears: Add to patient program. Choose the patient and set the sets, reps, weight and a note for them.

  • Sets, reps, weight and notes for each exercise.
  • The patient sees their program, with the video, in their portal link: no password and no app to install.
  • Assigning an exercise again updates it rather than doubling it.

Exercises ticked in the library, with a bar at the bottom reading 3 selected and an Add to patient program button.

Custom exercises

Need one that is not there? Request it.

A$15 per practice per month, including 2 new exercises a month; extra exercises are A$5 each.

How it works

Request a new exercise by describing it and sending a reference video. Your practice gets 2 new exercises a month included in the Exercise Library add-on, and each one after that uses a credit at A$5. You approve the finished video before any patient sees it.

  • Included exercises that are not used in a month do not roll over.
  • Buy credits when you need more; changes to an exercise are free.
  • Exercises made for your practice are shared by everyone in it.
The Request a new exercise form: the exercise name, what it should show, a reference video, and a note on the included exercises and credits.
