AspireOS vs PracSuite: what a practitioner costs, before and after GST

PracSuite starts at A$84 a month ex GST for the first practitioner; AspireOS is A$45 + GST per practitioner with SMS included. Sourced and dated.

PracSuite is an Australian practice system priced per practitioner, with the first practitioner priced higher than the rest. Here is how it compares with AspireOS, using PracSuite's own pricing page, read on 25 October 2026.

The price

"A PracSuite subscription starts at $84, which covers the first practitioner", and all prices exclude GST (PracSuite pricing). Each extra full-time practitioner is A$46 a month for a practice of 2 to 4, stepping down to A$36 at 80 or more; part-time practitioners are A$10 less. Admin staff are unlimited at no cost. Two-way SMS is from 10c a message, the AI add-on is A$48 per practitioner a month, and optional guided setup is A$395 including GST.

AspireOS is A$45 + GST per practitioner a month (A$49.50 including GST), or A$40 + GST a month billed yearly, with admin roles free, two-way SMS included (fair use) and the AI note part of the core app.

  • 1 practitioner: PracSuite A$84 a month before GST (A$92.40 with it); AspireOS A$45 before GST (A$49.50 with it).
  • 3 practitioners: PracSuite A$176 before GST; AspireOS A$135 before GST.
  • 6 practitioners: PracSuite A$304 before GST; AspireOS A$270 before GST.

Those PracSuite figures use its published full-time rates and leave out SMS and add-ons; part-time practitioners would bring them down.

Where PracSuite may suit you better

  • Part-time rates. PracSuite charges less for practitioners who work up to 16 hours of appointments a week. AspireOS charges one rate per person who treats.
  • Claiming. If you need Medicare, DVA or health-fund claims lodged from your software today, ask PracSuite what it supports: its pricing page does not say. AspireOS does not lodge claims online yet.

Where AspireOS does more

  • Texting and AI notes are in the price.
  • Mobile and home-visit teams: travel from real road times across the day, and travel billed by funder.
  • The team in the same app: credentials with renewal reminders, rostering, leave and timesheets.
  • Start without a card: nothing is charged until you set up a direct debit.
