For exercise physiologists

Exercise physiology practice software, with programs built in.

Exercise programs are the work. AspireOS pairs an Exercise Library add-on with the rest of the practice: the calendar, group bookings, notes and invoices, on one record.

Exercise Library

Tick, add to a patient, send.

With the add-on: a video library, and programs the patient sees in their portal.

How it works

With the Exercise Library add-on, tick exercises in the library and add them to a patient's program with sets, reps, weight and a note. The patient sees them, with the video, in their portal link.

  • Filter by body area and by source, search by name and keep favourites.
  • Add your own videos from a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link.
  • Request an exercise made for your practice; you approve the video before any patient sees it.
Exercises ticked in the library, with a bar at the bottom reading 3 selected and an Add to patient program button.

The calendar

One-to-one sessions and group classes.

A group booking with a status and a note for each attendee.

How it works

One-to-one sessions and group classes share one calendar. A group booking lists its attendees, each with their own status, invoice and note.

  • Statuses per attendee: Booked in, Confirmed, Arrived, Attended, Did not attend, Cancelled.
  • Clinic sessions and home visits together, with travel worked out for the visits on the road.

Notes

Notes from a template, with a version trail.

SOAP, DAP and your own templates.

How it works

Session notes start from a template and keep a version trail. Dictate between sessions and review before saving.

  • Built-in SOAP, DAP, Initial, Review and Discharge templates, and your own.
  • Alerts on the patient file.

Billing

Invoices that follow the funder.

Funding rules from booking to the paid invoice.

How it works

Each funder has its own rules in your price book, applied at booking and carried through to the invoice, with money owed and visits never invoiced shown in Finances.

  • You enter your own items, prices and limits.
  • Telehealth from a single secure link when a session is better done remotely.

Questions

Questions practices ask

Can I give patients home exercise programs?

With the Exercise Library add-on, yes. Choose exercises, add them to the patient's program with sets, reps and notes, and the patient sees them with the video in their portal link.

Can I run group classes?

Yes. A group booking lists its attendees, each with their own status, invoice and note.

Can I add my own exercise videos?

Yes. Add videos from a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link and they sit beside the AspireOS library. You can also request a new exercise to be made for your practice.

Does the Exercise Library cost extra?

It is an optional add-on with its own price, shown on the Pricing page. The rest of AspireOS does not need it.
