For physiotherapists
Physiotherapy practice software, in the clinic or at home.
Designed by practitioners, AspireOS runs the clinic and the home visit on one system: the calendar, notes, mixed funding and invoices, with travel time worked out when you see patients where they live.
The calendar
Clinic appointments and home visits on one calendar.
Travel time and suburb-based routing for the visits on the road.
How it works
Clinic appointments and home visits sit on one calendar, with the drive before and after each visit worked out from real road times, so a booking that wrecks someone's afternoon shows up before you save it.
- Free slots ranked by the extra drive they add.
- Each clinician's working week and service area on a map.
- Buffers either side of a visit, and warnings for clashes and the patient's stated availability.

Funding and invoices
EPC, NDIS and DVA rules applied at booking.
Funding rules carried from the booking through to the invoice.
How it works
The funder chosen at booking decides the rules that reach the invoice, so mixed funding in one caseload does not mean mixed-up billing. Medicare and DVA claims are tracked by status beside the money owed.
- Per-funder price book with travel rules and caps.
- Invoices raised from the visit, with Finances › To invoice showing visits never invoiced.
- Money owed with an aged debtors table.

Clinical notes
Notes that hold up, written between appointments.
A version trail on every note, and letters drafted from the record.
How it works
Clinical notes keep a version trail, so they are complete and defensible. Referrer letters, discharge summaries, Certificates of Capacity and service agreements are drafted from the record, reviewed by you, then sent or signed online.
- SOAP, DAP, Initial, Review and Discharge templates, and your own.
- Falls-risk and other alerts on the patient file.
- Dictate a note on the phone between visits.

Exercise programs
Home exercise programs, built in a few clicks.
With the Exercise Library add-on, a program the patient sees in their portal.
How it works
With the Exercise Library add-on, tick exercises in the library and add them to a patient's program with sets, reps and notes. The patient sees them, with the video, in their portal link.
- Filter by body area, search by name and keep favourites.
- The patient needs no password and no app.
- The add-on is optional and priced on the Pricing page.

Questions
Questions practices ask
Can AspireOS handle both clinic and home-visit physiotherapy?
Yes. Clinic appointments and home visits sit on one calendar. For visits on the road it works out kilometres and minutes from real road times and can add travel to the invoice per funder, within limits you set.
How does AspireOS deal with EPC, NDIS and DVA funding?
Each funder has its own rules in your price book, applied when the visit is booked and carried through to the invoice. You enter and maintain your own items and prices, so check them against the current schedules.
Are physiotherapy notes kept with a history?
Yes. Clinical notes keep a version trail, and letters, discharge summaries and Certificates of Capacity can be drafted from the record for you to review before anything is sent.
Can patients get home exercise programs?
With the Exercise Library add-on you can build a program from a video library and the patient sees it, with the videos, in their portal link. The add-on is optional.
