For occupational therapists
Occupational therapy practice software: assessments, reports and funding, joined up.
OT work lives and dies on assessments, reports and getting funding right. AspireOS keeps the assessment, the report and the claim on one thread so nothing falls between them.
Assessments
Long-form assessment notes with a full history.
Templates for the long notes, and every revision kept.
How it works
Long-form assessment notes start from a template and keep a full revision history, so what was written, and when, is on the record.
- Built-in note templates plus your own, in Settings › Clinical › Note templates.
- Alerts on the patient file for access, risks and anything the next clinician needs to know.
- Dictate on the phone between visits.

Reports
Reports drafted from the clinical record.
Your review before anything leaves.
How it works
Reports are drafted straight from the clinical record, so you edit rather than start from a blank page, and nothing is sent until you have reviewed it.
- Letters, Certificates of Capacity and service agreements drafted from the record and signed online.
- AspireAi can answer questions about the practice. It proposes, you confirm.

Funding
Funding and fee rules applied, booking to paid claim.
The funder at booking decides the rules at the invoice.
How it works
Funding and fee rules are applied from the first booking to the paid claim. Invoices go to the right payer, and money owed shows what is outstanding and overdue.
- You enter your own support items, prices and limits.
- Travel kilometres and minutes added per funder for home visits, within your limits.
- Finances › To invoice shows visits never invoiced.

Patient portal
A portal for upcoming visits, invoices and payments.
No password and no app for the patient.
How it works
Patients get a portal link for their upcoming visits, invoices and payments, and exercise programs with the Exercise Library add-on.
- Request reschedule and cancel visit from the portal.
- Text reminders, and the patient's replies in your Messages inbox.

Questions
Questions practices ask
Can AspireOS draft occupational therapy reports?
Yes. Reports are drafted from the clinical record and you review them before anything leaves. AspireOS does not send a report on its own.
Does AspireOS lodge NDIS claims for occupational therapists?
No. For agency-managed participants it builds the bulk payment request file and checks it for common errors; you upload it in the NDIS provider portal. Plan-managed and self-managed invoices go to the plan manager or participant as PDF tax invoices.
Can I do occupational therapy home visits?
Yes. Home visits sit on the same calendar as clinic appointments, with travel worked out from real road times and added to invoices per funder within limits you set.
Do patients see their invoices and visits?
Yes. The patient portal link shows upcoming visits, invoices and payments, with no password and no app to install.
