Custom Automation

Workflows and automations, built for your practice.

Speak with our team to explore how we can build customised workflows and automations on AspireOS to suit your needs.

How it works

From idea to a workflow you rely on.

1. Apply

Tell us about your practice and the workflow you want. It takes a few minutes.

2. We talk

Pick a time and we talk it through, so we both know what a good result looks like.

3. We build

We build it on AspireOS, around the way your practice already works.

4. A month of testing

You use it for a month. Readjustments are included until it is right.

Built on the software you already use.

Your calendar, notes, invoicing, messages and waitlist are the building blocks. We shape them around your steps.

The waitlist board: enquiries in New, Pending and Ready to schedule columns, each card showing suburb, region, days waiting and funding.

Join the waitlist

Tell us what you need, then pick a time to talk.

Answer the questions first. At the end you choose when to speak with Calvin.

Weekdays, Melbourne time. Choose up to three; we’ll confirm one.

We use this only to reply to you. Nothing is added to a mailing list.

Questions

Questions practices ask

What is Custom Automation?

Workflows and automations built on AspireOS to suit your practice. You tell us the steps as they happen today and what you would like to happen on its own; we build it on the software you already use.

How many practices do you take on?

A small number each month, at most 10. Each one takes time to build and adjust, so joining the waitlist is how we keep the intake manageable.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You choose a time for a call with our team on the form. We confirm a time, talk through what you need, and tell you whether and when we can take it on.

What does the month of testing include?

You use the automation in your practice for a month, and we adjust it as you go. Readjustments in that month are part of the build.

Why does the form ask for a budget?

So we can suggest something that fits. It is a range, not a quote, and choosing one commits you to nothing.
