Funding-aware billing
Each funding program asks different questions. Patient files carry the fields, checks and service agreements that belong to the one you are billing.
Invoicing and Xero
Raise invoices one at a time, or batch a whole date range with filters. Export to Xero, or connect it and let it flow.
Waitlist and intake
Enquiries land on a waitlist with stages and funding verification, and an intake form that fills out the patient file rather than a PDF someone retypes.
Telehealth and exercises
Run the session remotely when the drive does not make sense. Assign exercises from the library with your own sets, reps and notes.
A phone app for the road
Practitioners get the day as a route on a map, with visit details, notes and check-in from the driveway.
People
